Judea Date: AD 27 Tenth Event Matthew 4:12 Mark 1:14 Luke 4:14 John 4:1 - 4 Matthew 4:12  Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee; Mark 1:14  Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, Luke 4:14  And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. John 4:1  When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John, 2  (Though Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples,) 3  He left Judaea, and departed again into Galilee. 4  And he must needs go through Samaria.
